Account Manager

• Drive expansion revenue by geography and tier, including geography expansions and tier upgrades
• Become a product expert and strategic advisor to enterprise accounts
• Own renewals and proactively combat churn through ROI demonstrations, re-engagement, and account right-sizing
• Own the full customer lifecycle for a book of enterprise accounts from sales handoff through onboarding, health, expansion, retention, and renewal
• Lead hands-on onboarding and training, often in person, including travel to enterprise client sites
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and product as the internal voice of the customer
• Submit feature requests, resolve data-accuracy issues, and advocate for account needs on the product roadmap
• Build and refine onboarding and enablement playbooks, questionnaires, account plans, workflows, and repeatable processes

Business Development Rep

• Research and identify high-fit prospects across homebuilders, residential developers, and land investors using LinkedIn, industry databases, conference attendee lists, and publicly available data
• Execute targeted outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone, personalizing outreach based on company profile, geography, and pain points
• Book qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM records, log touchpoints, update contact information, and keep sequences moving
• Engage on LinkedIn with decision-makers and build a presence in the homebuilding and land development community
• Identify potential channel partners and conduct initial outreach to warm up relationships
• Track partnership pipeline in CRM and document partner contacts and conversations
• Assist with conference and event preparation, meeting scheduling, and post-event follow-up
• Collaborate with Account Executives on account targeting, messaging refinement, and territory coverage
• Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and keep qualified meeting pipeline current for forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaign follow-up, converting inbound leads and event contacts into outreach sequences
