Requirements

6+ years of experience in technical writing with experience in Software Platform or B2B SaaS companies.
4+ years of experience working in ETL, data engineering, data prep, data analytics, or business analytics.
Proficiency in writing content in markdown version controlled in GitHub, and visuals in Figma.
Mastery in crafting compelling narratives about a product suite across formats such as user guides, product manuals, quick start guides, and video tutorials.
Basic code skills & experience working with SDKs, APIs, and CLIs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
