About the role
- Launch and manage one-off growth experiments across channels (e.g., cold outreach tests, landing page A/Bs)
- Lead the rollout of new systems and tools (e.g., creative tracking, naming conventions, vendor onboarding)
- Own competitive research and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Support pricing experiments, partnership pilots, and go-to-market launches
- Coordinate cross-functional “sprints” for major growth initiatives (e.g., CTV launch, lead quality improvements)
- Build SOPs and internal playbooks for workflows like creative production, campaign launches, and experiment tracking
- Manage and improve operational workflows across the marketing team
- Define and refine project intake, prioritization, and execution processes
- Create templates, checklists, and documentation to reduce rework and help onboard new team members faster
- Own weekly and monthly marketing reporting across key metrics like lead volume, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Help build and maintain dashboards to make performance data accessible and actionable
- Set up experiment tracking systems and monitor test performance
- Identify underperforming geos, segments, or channels and surface improvement opportunities
- Manage the backlog of “data questions” and collaborate with analytics to resolve them
- Ensure tight communication loops between paid media, affiliate, sales, and dev teams
- Take notes and drive follow-ups from key growth meetings
- Prep internal memos, updates, and strategy docs (e.g., test recaps, quarterly growth plans)
- Triage inbound ideas and ensure they land with the right owners or into a prioritized backlog
- Manage vendor relationships, freelancer pipelines, and operational vendors
- Track and maintain visibility into team OKRs, growth priorities, and marketing milestones
- Take on high-impact projects that don’t fall into anyone’s lane—but matter to growth
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in consulting , finance , marketing , or early-stage startups .
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills—you’re comfortable manipulating data and building simple dashboards or reports.
- Excellent written communicator —you can clearly distill priorities, ideas, and next steps.
- Obsessed with efficiency and clarity —you love to streamline workflows and bring structure to chaos.
- Self-starter with a high degree of ownership, follow-through, and resourcefulness .
- Comfortable working in an unstructured environment —no one’s going to spoon-feed your task list.
