About the role
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to turn strategy into consistent execution
- Design and drive operating rhythms that keep priorities clear and leaders aligned
- Tighten goal-setting, strengthen planning and accountability systems
- Free the CEO and leadership team to focus on highest-impact work
- Act as a strategic partner, operator, and force multiplier between founder’s associate and traditional Chief of Staff
- Ensure day-to-day work gets done while enabling rapid company growth
Requirements
- Background in startups, consulting, strategy, or operations, ideally with exposure to technical or AI-driven businesses
- Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and shift easily between technical and business topics
- Comfortable adopting and experimenting with advanced AI tools; AI use and comfort are expected
- Not afraid of tough discussions and holding people accountable to outcomes
- Communicate with clarity and precision at every level of the organization
- Relentlessly organized with strong project-management instincts
- High-judgment operator who handles sensitive information with discretion
