About the role
- Serve as trusted advisor and strategic partner to the PI SGU Head and represent the SGU Head in internal and external forums
- Lead the SGU’s Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure projects are on track and resourced appropriately
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives, transformation programs, new offering development, and growth initiatives
- Lead & coordinate monthly business reviews and strategic off-sites with leaders across Client PODs, analytics, operations, and technology
- Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, project milestones, and opportunity pipeline; provide synthesized reports highlighting risks and mitigation plans
- Prepare data-driven briefs, presentations, and analyses to facilitate decision-making by the SGU Head and leadership team
- Partner with Client POD leaders, operations, analytics & account teams for annual strategic account planning and ensure cross-functional accountability
- Manage SGU-level external communications and deliver updates, reports, and inputs for corporate forums and executive meetings
- Lead ad-hoc, high-priority projects such as M&A due diligence support, competitor analysis, and large-scale client escalation management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8–10 years of experience in consulting, business operations, program management, or CoS/business management roles within technology services outsourcing, healthcare or insurance
- Familiarity with payer and provider environments is a plus
- Ability to work effectively across various time zones and adapt to different countries, cultural contexts, and diverse business environments
- Strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to senior leadership
- Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships across all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional maturity and credibility to represent the SGU Head with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Strong Excel and Presentation skills
- Knowledge of claims auditing & PI business is a plus
