About the role
- Own partner relationships from first conversation through long-term growth
- Responsible for vetting new affiliate partners, onboarding them successfully, and nurturing those relationships
- Evaluate and vet prospective affiliate partners
- Assess partner fit, traffic quality, and growth potential
- Lead onboarding from initial approval through launch readiness
- Own a portfolio of affiliate partners from onboarding through ongoing growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Maintain consistent, proactive communication with partners
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, including ROI, growth trends, channel-level performance
- Develop and communicate action plans to improve partner outcomes
- Identify opportunities to scale high-performing partners
- Troubleshoot underperforming accounts and recommend changes
- Build long-term, trust-based partner relationships
- Work with internal teams to support partner success
- Maintain high responsiveness internally and externally
- Provide regular updates on account performance, risks, and opportunities
Requirements
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
- Proactive problem-solver who asks insightful questions
- Curious, self-motivated learner with strong judgment
- Experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience vetting or onboarding partners (Nice-to-Haves)
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., TUNE or similar) (Nice-to-Haves)
- Startup or high-growth environment experience (Nice-to-Haves)
