About the role
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of national and regional field marketing programs
- Manage $4M+ in annual revenue across multiple clients and program verticals
- Recruit, train, and oversee a blended team of full-time and freelance Field Managers
- Translate national brand objectives into market-specific activation plans
- Partner with distributors and regional sales teams to support programming and drive impact
- Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Creative, Client Services) to align on deliverables
- Own budgets, manage a team of field managers, and ensure they are delivering to agency+ client expectations, forecasting for all field programs
- Develop SOP’s and training systems to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence
- Oversee field tools and processes, including scheduling, reporting, expense tracking, and payroll inputs
- Analyze and present campaign KPIs, insights, and toplines to clients and stakeholders
- Represent the agency with professionalism and confidence in all client and partner meetings
Requirements
- 7–10 years of marketing experience, with 4+ years in field or experiential leadership roles
- Experience overseeing spirit-based programming preferred
- Proven experience managing teams across multiple regions and clients
- Comfortable overseeing multi-million-dollar field budgets and staffing plans
- Ability to build client and distributor relationships that foster program success
- Experience training peers and subordinates while monitoring the team’s resulting output
- Strong communication skills across presentations, reporting, and day-to-day updates
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM and project management tools
- Available for regular travel and weekend/night activations as needed
- Background in spirits, CPG, or lifestyle brands preferred
