Chief Marketing Officer

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of national and regional field marketing programs
• Manage $4M+ in annual revenue across multiple clients and program verticals
• Recruit, train, and oversee a blended team of full-time and freelance Field Managers
• Translate national brand objectives into market-specific activation plans
• Partner with distributors and regional sales teams to support programming and drive impact
• Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Creative, Client Services) to align on deliverables
• Own budgets, manage a team of field managers, and ensure they are delivering to agency+ client expectations, forecasting for all field programs
• Develop SOP’s and training systems to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence
• Oversee field tools and processes, including scheduling, reporting, expense tracking, and payroll inputs
• Analyze and present campaign KPIs, insights, and toplines to clients and stakeholders
• Represent the agency with professionalism and confidence in all client and partner meetings

Field Marketing Director

Account Executive

• Support the concept ideation, development, and production of experiential marketing strategies.
• Aid in program RFP/brief concepting, brainstorming, and creative development.
• Support production and execution of year-round events and activations.
• Develop and manage production timelines, schedules, progress reports, event flows, and deliverables.
• Ability to see challenges before they arise, offering solutions and alternate options while remaining steady and confident.
• Build event activation presentations, ROS, and staffing plans.
• Manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, solicit, and act based on client feedback.
• Source, hire, and manage vendors, labor staff, technical support, etc.
• Ensure all event reporting is entered accurately and timely into the online database.
• Maintain event trackers and weekly reports for all field marketing activity.
• Create detailed recap decks with data and photos of all programming.
• Organize and track financial documents and invoices.
• Assist with budget oversight for key event programs to ensure compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experiential Account Executive

• Serve as the senior day-to-day client lead across assigned experiential and live event accounts.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to clients, translating objectives into best-in-class experiential programs
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and planning sessions, serving as a key escalation point.
• Oversee the end-to-end experiential process from concept development through execution and wrap-up.
• Collaborate with clients to build comprehensive workback schedules and activation timelines.
• Ensure internal and external teams are aligned and accountable to milestones and deliverables.
• Provide strategic oversight across creative development, production execution, staffing, and logistics.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively drive solution-oriented decision-making.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Account Managers, Account Executives, and junior team members.
• Assess resourcing needs across program lifecycles and partner with leadership on staffing requests.
• Oversee budget development, ongoing financial management, and final reconciliation across programs.
• Review estimates, invoices, and financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure programs are delivered within scope, on time, and on budget.
• Lead post-event reporting efforts, ensuring insights, results, and recommendations are clearly communicated.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights tied to client objectives.
• Identify executional trends, optimization opportunities, and growth areas across accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Field Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support new business initiatives, RFPs, and pitch development as needed.
• Stay informed on experiential, cultural, and industry trends and apply learnings to client work.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, activations, and industry events.
