About the role
- Support strategic planning through analysis, research, and scenario evaluation high-impact, and execution on high-impact company initiatives
- Own day-to-day operations across finance, people ops, and tooling — including procurement, vendors, renewals, and reporting
- Identify operational gaps, implement process improvements, support enterprise readiness efforts (audits, internal controls)
- Build and maintain budgets, dashboards, and key operational metrics
- Use metrics and financial modeling to guide decisions, prioritize work, and maintain clear performance dashboards
- Document processes, playbooks, and learnings so improvements stick as the company grows
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategic operations at a high-growth startup (Series A - Series D), investment banking, or management consulting
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience owning and managing multiple projects in fast-moving environments while balancing speed and quality
- Clear communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
