About the role
- Design and develop AI-powered applications and services, focusing on generative AI and LLMs
- Implement services for generative AI integrations, document parsing, model fine tuning, and RAG systems
- Develop AI pipelines and infrastructure for prompt engineering and model operations
- Experiment with new generative use cases and deploy AI products across complex customer use cases
- Partner across teams to identify automation opportunities that reduce friction and increase efficiency
- Track and apply advancements in AI to guide strategy and adoption
- Contribute to the vision, goals, and roadmap for AI/ML development at Promise
Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end generative AI and large language model (LLM) applications
- Experience building AI pipelines and infrastructure for prompt engineering, fine-tuning, document parsing, and RAG systems
- Ability to experiment with new generative use cases and deploy AI products across complex customer use cases
- Strong collaboration skills to partner across teams and drive automation
- Track and apply advancements in the AI landscape and guide strategy and adoption
- Must be a US person (US citizen or permanent resident) and reside in the United States
- Availability to work in person at the Promise office at least three times per week (hybrid)
