About the role
- Design and develop AI-powered applications and services focusing on generative AI and LLMs
- Implement services for generative AI integrations, document parsing, model fine tuning, and RAG systems
- Partner across teams to identify opportunities where AI reduces friction, increases efficiency, and solves real-world challenges
- Track and apply advancements in the AI landscape, guiding strategy and adoption
- Contribute to the vision, goals, and roadmap for AI/ML development at Promise
- Develop AI products for complex customer use cases and deploy them at scale
Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering generative AI and large language model (LLM) applications
- Experience implementing AI pipelines for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, document parsing, and RAG systems
- Ability to experiment with and productionize generative use cases
- Strong collaboration skills; partner across teams to identify AI opportunities and drive automation
- Track record of applying AI/ML advancements to product strategy and adoption
- Must be a US person (US citizen or permanent resident/Green Card holder) and reside in the United States
- Availability to work in-person at Promise office at least three times per week (hybrid)
