Forward Deployed Engineer

Accountant

• Report directly to the Controller and assist with crucial accounting activities including month-end close, ASC 606 revenue recognition, AR, AP, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Execute monthly and yearly close activities, including preparation and/or review of journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and financial reporting package.
• Perform comprehensive accounting activities across order to cash, payroll, accounts payable, and GL management processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
• Research and apply technical accounting guidance on the treatment of transactions, particularly related to revenue recognition, expenses and capitalized software, and assist with related financial reporting requirements.
• Prepare for and assist with annual financial audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support cash flow and income statement forecasting through preparation of inputs and analysis.
• Help maintain accounting policies, controls, and procedures by documenting processes and ensuring compliance with company standards.
