About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and own our GCP infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and Terraform IaC
Own CI/CD across all services — end to end
Build internal platforms and tooling that help product engineers ship with less friction
Use AI to automate platform work that used to require a human
Respond to incidents, own the postmortem, and close the loop so they don't repeat
Partner with Engineering, IT, and Security to build the pipelines our products run on

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in software or infrastructure, with meaningful time in a platform, infra, or SRE role
Kubernetes experience in production
Solid Terraform or equivalent IaC experience
A track record of building internal systems other teams depend on and trust
You've been on-call for things you built, and you have real opinions about what that taught you
You use AI tools in your own work and can speak to how and why.
Google Cloud Platform (our primary cloud) (Nice to Have)
ArgoCD experience (Nice to Have)
TypeScript or Go (Nice to Have)
Fintech, Payments, or GovTech background (Nice to Have)
SOC 2, FedRAMP, or PCI experience (Nice to Have)
