About the role

  • Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Epic Optime/Anesthesia Analyst to join their team. Requirements

  • Certifications: Epic Optime and Anesthesia certifications
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
  • Understand scheduling, OR procedure mapping, preference card management workflows
  • Experts in the device integration (perfusion flowsheet or Anesthesia V/S flowsheet) and interface with other 3rd party systems (i.e. SPD application, Clarium pref. management…)
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills with peri-op clinical leadership and other IT teams
  • Soft-Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
