About the role
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch, growth, and iteration.
- Prioritize product initiatives and maintain a clear roadmap that balances short-term impact with long-term strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Analyze data and customer feedback to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and identify new opportunities.
- Establish clear success metrics and regularly evaluate product performance to ensure objectives are being met.
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs while balancing business priorities.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic direction.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders, providing clear updates, insights, and rationale for product decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning and delivering successful products end-to-end.
- Proven experience driving great solutions with a product strategy, defining roadmaps, and leading cross-functional execution in complex environments.
- Strong ability to analyze data and customer insights to drive product decisions and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to articulate product vision, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, including mentoring other product managers and influencing without authority.
- Deep understanding of Agile development processes and close partnership with engineering and design teams.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to balance user needs with business goals.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments; startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
