Mid-Market Account Executive

Account Manager

• Reporting to the Director of Account Management, the Account Manager, SMB will own location expansion, upsell/cross-sell, and support retention across a portfolio of small and mid-sized distributor accounts.
• You will be a trusted advisor to your book of business — helping customers realize the full value of Prokeep by identifying and executing opportunities to grow their investment in our platform.
• Proactively prospect into your existing accounts to build a 3x pipeline of expansion opportunities, ensuring consistent pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
• Lead discovery calls, deliver high-impact product demonstrations, handle pricing negotiations, and overcome objections for products like Order Automation and Growth Hub.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of SMB accounts, maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and ensuring customers are achieving their desired outcomes with Prokeep.
• Own a monthly and quarterly expansion quota, focusing on location expansion, package upgrades, and new product cross-sell through a consultative, outcome-focused sales approach.
• Partner closely with Customer Success to conduct regular business reviews, align on adoption and value realization strategies, and create natural expansion opportunities while mitigating churn risk. Maintain Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) of 90% or higher across your book of business.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and the broader Sales organization to deliver compelling value narratives and support the customer journey. Serve as the voice of the SMB customer internally, sharing feedback and insights that inform product development and go-to-market strategy.

Account Manager, SMB

Customer Success Manager

• Partner with SVP of Sales to co-own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) with a target above 120%, driven by strategic cross-sell and upsell of Order Engine across customer tiers
• Protect Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) by identifying churn risks early, particularly among long-standing enterprise customers navigating the communication-to-order-engine transition
• Partner with the Account Management team on renewals and commercial account strategy; own the renewal forecast and its accuracy
• Maintain best in class churn metrics through proactive risk management, enablement motions, and health monitoring
• Develop and execute the change management playbook to migrate existing customers from a "communication" mindset to an "order engine" mindset
• Train and equip the CS team to act as workflow consultants who can confidently articulate how AI-powered Order Engine workflows increase a distributor's bottom line
• Define and relentlessly track KPIs focused on order engine usage: quote volume, order volume, conversion rates, thread activity, and customer health signals across the full lifecycle
• Ensure customer feedback reaches Product in a structured, prioritized way and close the loop on the most critical roadmap items
• Build a tiered success model: tech-touch for our smallest accounts, high-touch for mid-market, enterprise and strategic accounts, that scales cost-effectively as the customer base grows
• Standardize onboarding, QBRs, and renewal motions so the customer experience is consistent, predictable, and measurable

Customer Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer support inquiries via phone and email, delivering timely and accurate resolutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues by diagnosing problems, identifying root causes, and providing clear guidance to customers or escalating to the appropriate internal team.
• Accurately log all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in HubSpot to maintain visibility across the Customer Success organization.
• Identify trends in customer issues and escalate recurring problems or product feedback to the product and engineering teams.

• As the Partnerships & Events Manager you will help drive pipeline and revenue through high-impact experiences and strategic relationships.
• Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, the Partnerships & Events Manager will own Prokeep's events, webinars, and association partnerships from strategy through execution.
• Build and manage an annual events calendar, deliver compelling virtual and in-person experiences, and turn partnerships and community programs into measurable growth for the business.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events end-to-end, from initial concept through post-event reporting.
• Own the annual events calendar, aligning programming to revenue goals, campaign priorities, and go-to-market strategy.
• Manage all event logistics including vendor management, registration, travel, on-site execution, and run-of-show to deliver seamless experiences.
