Enterprise Account Executive

Backend Engineer

• Define, evolve, and champion Prokeep’s UX vision, principles, patterns, and experience standards
• Own how Prokeep’s products and features work together as a cohesive system
• Own and continuously improve the design system and design language in Figma, ensuring structure, scalability, and adoption
• Represent UX in product discovery, planning, and roadmap discussions
• Influence UX prioritization across product initiatives to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact
• Lead information architecture and workflow improvements as the product grows
• Design, prototype, and validate solutions using modern and AI-powered tools (e.g., Figma, Figma Make, Magic Patterns)
• Drive iterative, low-disruption UX improvements that respect existing customer workflows
• Partner closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and design system adoption
• Conduct UX research, including customer interviews, usability testing, and direct user conversations
• Leverage product analytics, behavioral data, and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and measure impact
• Lead design critique and feedback loops, setting and maintaining a high UX quality bar
• Act as a strong user advocate, influencing product decisions across teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to support planning, execution, and adoption
• Help define how UX works at Prokeep, including process, engagement model, and expectations

UX Designer, Platform Architecture

AI Engineer

• Build, iterate, and scale AI-powered features using LLMs and modern AI platforms, with a strong focus on application-level integration
• Help define and drive Prokeep’s AI strategy, including where and how AI should be used across the product
• Serve as an internal evangelist and subject-matter expert for AI, helping teams understand capabilities, tradeoffs, and best practices
• Lead AI evaluation and testing efforts, owning not just the AI engines but also the testing and evaluation frameworks used to measure quality, reliability, and performance
• Design and maintain internal tooling to support AI development, experimentation, and evaluation
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can improve customer workflows
• Make thoughtful decisions around model selection, orchestration, prompting strategies, and cost/performance tradeoffs
• Work closely with our Data Engineer to ensure the right data foundations exist to support AI features
• Ensure AI systems are production-ready, observable, and scalable
• Improve systems already in flight while contributing to greenfield initiatives—AI is not a silo here

Senior AI Engineer

Technical Account Manager

• Master Prokeep's integrations (ERPs, CRMs, SSO) and open API, including how to configure, deploy, and troubleshoot them.
• Own end-to-end integration and SSO deployments for new and existing customers, from scoping through go-live.
• Bridge the gap between Prokeep's products and the systems customers already rely on.
• Create and refine technical documentation, guides, and enablement resources that empower customers and internal teams.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success by joining calls, leading technical deep-dives, and providing async support as needed.
• Validate technical feasibility of proposed solutions and integration requirements.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed defined SLAs for first response time, next response time, and time-to-close on technical engagements.
• Act as the voice of the customer on technical needs, surfacing integration improvement opportunities and advocating for new integrations with Product.
• Contribute to product feedback loops through ad hoc conversations and regular syncs.
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product to ensure alignment on technical priorities and customer outcomes.
• Document technical requirements, timelines, and customer objectives for every engagement.
• Identify patterns in technical requests or challenges and recommend process or product improvements.
• Balance strategic advisory work with reactive problem-solving based on business needs.
