Project Manager

• Partner with customers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, using milestones as the primary framework for guiding completion rather than fixed timelines.
• Own onboarding project execution end-to-end, driving scalable, high-impact onboarding that accelerates Time to First Value (TTFV), early product adoption, tracking progress, resolving issues, and managing changes to scope and schedule through successful customer handoff.
• Coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering and other internal teams to maintain alignment and move onboarding projects forward at every stage.
• Using AI is a core part of how you work. You can point to the tools you use, how your approach has evolved, and where it has made your work faster, sharper, or more consistent, and you know when and how to apply it well.
• Own the successful deployment of Prokeep's products, including our new Order Automation product, by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders around customer requirements, onboarding milestones, and activation outcomes.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless handoff from Sales to Onboarding and into Customer Success.
• Develop and maintain onboarding plans, project timelines, and deliverables with clearly defined milestones and measures of success, including contingency plans to address risks before they impact project completion.
• Facilitate end-to-end training for customers during onboarding, including planning and delivering remote training sessions, developing and maintaining training materials, and ensuring customers are fully equipped to use Prokeep before project completion.
• Conduct regular project meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, such as project kickoff and status reviews, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process.
• Ensure location and user activation during onboarding, treating activation milestones as a primary measure of onboarding success alongside project completion.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Account Managers, Customer Success, and Product throughout onboarding, and manage a structured handoff at close, ensuring account status, open items, and key context are documented in Planhat and HubSpot before transition.

Implementation Project Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Take ownership of messy, heterogeneous, customer-generated data and design the systems, structures, and pipelines that turn it into a reliable foundation for product features.
• Build systems that produce verifiably correct, structured outputs from ambiguous inputs — including the eval frameworks and ground-truth datasets that prove they actually work.
• Ship customer-facing features end-to-end on top of that foundation, working across backend, data, and (where needed) frontend.
• Make pragmatic decisions about when to reach for an LLM, when to use embeddings or retrieval, when classical ML is the right call, and when the answer is just well-modeled data and deterministic logic.
• Own the quality and reliability of intelligent systems in production: latency, cost, fallback logic, monitoring, and continuous evaluation against ground truth.
• Help shape Prokeep's strategy for where intelligence should live in the product, what to prioritize, and what tradeoffs to make.
• Partner closely with our Data Engineer to surface and design around data quality issues, and with Product to ensure the systems we build actually move the business.
• Improve systems already in production while contributing to greenfield initiatives — and over time, help us move from generalist LLMs toward custom models trained on our own data as it accumulates.

Staff Product Engineer, Data & AI

Engineering Manager

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, responsible for their output, technical decisions, career development, and priorities.
• Be a thoughtful technical voice and support your team in making diligent architectural decisions.
• Work closely with other engineering leaders, product management, design, and customer success to deliver against the roadmap.
• Act as a real-time product manager for in-flight work — clarifying requirements, removing ambiguity, and making scoping decisions to keep the team moving. Own team execution end-to-end — from planning and prioritization through delivery, ensuring commitments are met and blockers are resolved quickly.
• Own support escalations and work closely with customer success to triage, prioritize, and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Responsible for the on-time, high quality features developed by the team, using scope and creative problem-solving to find the best paths to delivery.
• Own testing results and quality gates, partnering with DevOps to maintain and improve build pipelines and CI/CD processes. Drive a culture of code quality, testing, and engineering best practices across the team.
• Continuously measure and improve against the team's KPIs, ensuring the team doesn't simply deliver, but grows.
• Own the team's delivery health — tracking cycle time, WIP, and velocity to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and building out the engineering team as Prokeep scales.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations with direct reports.

Product Designer

• Own and evolve Prokeep's design system and UX vision — building reusable components and governing design standards that make the entire product team faster, not just your own work cleaner.
• Think and design at the systems level — ensuring that individual design decisions connect to broader product architecture and scale without accumulating complexity customers have to absorb.
• Drive discovery before design — initiate research yourself rather than waiting for it. Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and direct user conversations to understand real workflows before designing solutions for them.
• Connect design decisions to business outcomes — use product analytics, usage patterns, and behavioral data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and make the case for prioritization in terms the business understands.
• Implement information architecture improvements as the product grows, maintaining the simplicity customers depend on.
• Partner with the PM and Engineering teams as a cross-functional peer — not a handoff station. Communicate design intent clearly, make tradeoff calls with confidence, and keep teams moving rather than waiting on you.
• Design, prototype, and validate solutions using AI-powered tools (Figma, Figma Make, Magic Patterns, and others) — using AI to move faster on production work so your time goes toward problems that require real judgment.
• Drive iterative, low-disruption UX improvements that continuously raise the quality of the product experience.
• Act as a strong user advocate, influencing product decisions and priorities — and backing that advocacy with data and research, not just instinct.
• Clearly communicate design rationale and build stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, and leadership.

Senior UX Designer

Sales

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of outbound Account Executives selling to SMB and mid-market distribution companies across building materials, HVAC, electrical, and adjacent verticals
• Own new logo quota attainment and win rate by segment; driving the team from pipeline generation through close with urgency and consistency
• Deploy and refine a structured discovery framework that resonates with non-tech-native buyers, and build it into a replicable playbook with talk tracks, qualification criteria, and objection handling

Mid-Market Account Executive

Account Manager

• Reporting to the Director of Account Management, the Account Manager, SMB will own location expansion, upsell/cross-sell, and support retention across a portfolio of small and mid-sized distributor accounts.
• You will be a trusted advisor to your book of business — helping customers realize the full value of Prokeep by identifying and executing opportunities to grow their investment in our platform.
• Proactively prospect into your existing accounts to build a 3x pipeline of expansion opportunities, ensuring consistent pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
• Lead discovery calls, deliver high-impact product demonstrations, handle pricing negotiations, and overcome objections for products like Order Automation and Growth Hub.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of SMB accounts, maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and ensuring customers are achieving their desired outcomes with Prokeep.
• Own a monthly and quarterly expansion quota, focusing on location expansion, package upgrades, and new product cross-sell through a consultative, outcome-focused sales approach.
• Partner closely with Customer Success to conduct regular business reviews, align on adoption and value realization strategies, and create natural expansion opportunities while mitigating churn risk. Maintain Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) of 90% or higher across your book of business.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and the broader Sales organization to deliver compelling value narratives and support the customer journey. Serve as the voice of the SMB customer internally, sharing feedback and insights that inform product development and go-to-market strategy.
