• Attract and hire A+ talent across GTM (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success), G&A, and Tech teams with top-tier SaaS industry expertise
• Support and scale multiple departments for hiring in North America (with potential to hire globally)
• Use data and metrics to build process improvements (e.g., high conversion ratios, time to hire)
• Serve as a strong talent advisor to business leaders and hiring managers; build customizable hiring strategies
• Build an inclusive and objective hiring process and assess candidates against appropriate competencies
• Source candidates via LinkedIn outreach, networking events, job postings, and personal network

Sales

• Design, build, and scale project44’s global partner ecosystem.
• Define and execute a comprehensive global partner and alliance strategy aligned with company revenue goals.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners across technology, consulting, and reseller channels.
• Establish joint value propositions, co-selling models, and go-to-market plans with key partners.
• Drive indirect revenue contribution through channels, alliances, and partner-led opportunities.
• Implement metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track partner performance and pipeline impact.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align direct and indirect sales motions.
• Build and lead a high-performing global Channels & Alliances team and develop scalable enablement programs, incentives, and certifications.
• Work closely with Marketing for co-branded campaigns and demand-generation initiatives.
