About the role
- Lead and develop global mobility policies, processes, and ways of working
- Manage international assignments end-to-end, from planning to repatriation
- Support business leaders in planning assignments (e.g. compensation, compliance, cost estimates)
- Ensure compliance related to international tax, immigration, and employment regulations together with HR, Payroll, and Finance
- Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders and external partners globally
Requirements
- 5+ years of solid experience in global mobility, international HR, or a related field
- Ability to turn complex regulations into clear, practical guidance for business and employees
- Experience managing international assignments and working with external partners (e.g. tax, legal, EOR)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment
- Structured, development-oriented mindset and enjoy improving processes and ways of working
- Fluent in Finnish and English; Spanish is considered as an advantage.
