About the role
- Director of Recruiting role to run and scale recruiting department for a growing ABA provider.
- Oversee structured team focused on candidate sourcing, staffing/scheduling, and onboarding.
- Manage day-to-day recruiting activities to ensure established goals and metrics are met.
- Monitor performance dashboards and reports; drive accountability for weekly and monthly targets.
- Ensure efficient recruiting workflow from application through onboarding.
- Oversee use of Microsoft Suite, Rethink, Applicant Tracking System, and Smartsheet for tracking and reporting.
- Manage vendor relationships (including Indeed and other recruiting platforms) to maximize sourcing outcomes and ROI.
- Act as liaison between recruiting team and senior leadership; provide coaching and management to drive results.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing recruiting teams in a high-volume environment.
- Strong ability to manage through numbers and established performance metrics (Excel proficiency required).
- Hands-on management style with a focus on accountability, consistency, and follow-through.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Rethink, ATS, and Smartsheet preferred.
- ABA industry recruiting experience required.
