About the role

  • Lead and strategically align the HR business partner function across global and regional operations
  • Drive HR strategy and support business objectives to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of HR business partners
  • Develop integrated HR strategies that address diverse business needs while maintaining global consistency
  • Monitor key HR performance indicators and provide insights to senior leadership
  • Coach Global BPs on talent management and change management efforts
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across regions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR business partner, ideally in a global business
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, principles, and relevant labor laws
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in change management and organizational development
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; postgraduate degree is a plus.
