Account Executive

• The Capital Sales Executive is responsible for selling TULSA-Pro to both new and existing hospital and imaging center accounts within the assigned territory.
• Generate market awareness and drive sales of TULSA-Pro within an assigned sales territory.
• Generate a high volume of sales activity including in-person prospecting, product evaluations, phone calls, proposal / contract generation, customer presentations, and negotiations.
• Ensure that pipeline supports achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Manage the complex sales process into new hospitals, HW, SW and service upgrades and additional systems into existing hospitals.
• Build clinical and administrative support through presentations, executive meetings, marketing events, and reimbursement support.
• Collaborate with key customer stakeholders, including Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Hospital Administrators, Urologists, Radiologists, and Interventional Radiologists.
• Lead contract creation, negotiation, and management activities, overcoming challenges with administration and purchasing teams.

• Build clinical and administrative support through presentations, executive meetings, marketing events, and reimbursement support.
• Meet quarterly sales targets with the goal of securing new program installations and pack purchases.
• Establish contact with C-suite and senior hospital administrators to build strategic partnerships.

Events

• Plan and execute North American and international congresses, trade shows, and industry meetings in alignment with commercial priorities
• Manage end-to-end logistics including booth planning, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
• Oversee event budgets and track performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness
• Maintain global event calendars and project management systems to ensure seamless execution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and strong field alignment
• Develop and maintain best practices and operational standards for conferences and trade shows
• Establish ROI metrics and OKRs that align with global marketing OKRs
• Own annual event budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing budget management across global congresses, trade shows, physician programs, and medical education activities
• Develop and maintain event budget trackers to monitor spend, identify risks, and ensure alignment with approved financial targets
• Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and cost optimization efforts to maximize event impact and return on investment
• Partner with Finance and Global Marketing leadership to provide regular budget updates, accrual reporting, and variance analysis
• Track and reconcile event expenses, invoices, and purchase orders to ensure timely processing and financial accuracy
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings while maintaining high-quality event execution
• Plan and execute Clinical Advisory Boards, peer-to-peer programs, PRO-Talk meetings, and physician education events
• Coordinate physician contracting, honoraria, compliance documentation, invoicing, and payment processing
• Support identification and onboarding of new KOLs in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external procedural training programs
• Assist in development and distribution of educational materials to support medical education initiatives.
• Partner with Global Marketing to ensure consistency across global events and physician engagements
• Support Sales teams with event logistics and materials to drive productive physician engagement
• Manage inventory and deployment of marketing collateral and promotional materials
• Coordinate event-related communications including invitations and follow-up materials
• Provide operational support for special projects and additional marketing initiatives as needed.
