About the role
- Ideal Start Date: Immediately
- Location: Remote
- Hours of Work: Hourly, anticipated 40 hours/week
- Compensation: $10-$12/hour

- Mission: Deliver ProfitCoach Experience via quality assurance, client relationship and account management for accurate, timely, efficient full-service accounting
- Purpose: Assist monthly financial reviews, bank feed updates, payroll recording, client communications, and periodic accounting clean-up
- Duties: Processing bank feeds, bank account reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, monthly financial review, payroll recording, accounting cleanup
- Work conditions: Work-from-home, overlap with Mountain, Central, or Eastern Standard Time, reliable internet and webcam required

Requirements
- Background in Accounting or proven understanding of basic accounting principles
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Good written communication
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to understand new concepts with written and hands-on support
- Experience in Quickbooks Online (QBO)
- Experience in Xero (preferred)
- Understanding of property management accounting (preferred)
- Familiarity with the NARPM Standard Chart of Accounts (preferred)
- Experience in AppFolio, navigating to reports (preferred)
- Payroll processing and payroll tax filing experience (preferred)
- Prior experience with financial auditing or financial review (preferred)
