About the role

  • Manages a team of exempt individual contributors, supervisors and/or lower-level managers.
  • Acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals.
  • Partners with leadership to analyze monthly financial and operating results.
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to the business.
  • Oversees the review and analyses of key controls within the financial process.
  • Creates an annual financial operating plan.
  • Collaborates with leadership as a strategic partner.
  • Drives talent management, employee selection, succession planning, performance management, and operational management.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 10 years of management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
