About the role
- Add value through complex transactions including IPOs, SPACs, M&A, and Divestitures.
- Assist clients in preparing and completing audits.
- Understand and assist clients in technical topics such as Revenue recognition and Financial statement preparation.
- Identify complex accounting issues and bring them to engagement leaders for resolution.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in technical accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent required
- CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
- Hard working, detail oriented, and ability to work independently
- Professional and personable demeanor
- Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
