Business Development Rep

• Identify outbound lead generation targets using ProFinda’s sales tools through strategy sessions with Account Executives
• Prioritize targets based on criteria agreed upon with the sales staff taking into account industry trends and territory needs
• Initiate contact with new leads through various communication channels (phone, email, social media and events)
• Qualify leads that fall into ProFinda’s Ideal Customer Profile using standard BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
• Keep up to date with ProFinda’s competitive landscape
• Articulate ProFinda’s value proposition and unique selling proposition in a clear, concise and credible manner
• Foster brand awareness
• Achieve lead generation quotas as set by management

• Drive new business sales in the mid-market segment through prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing mid-market customers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospects and customers to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives.
• Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals that align with customer needs and objectives.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive demand generation and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to sales leadership.
• Manage multiple deals simultaneously and effectively prioritise and manage time to achieve sales targets.
• Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our products and services.
