About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive new business sales in the mid-market segment through prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing mid-market customers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospects and customers to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals that align with customer needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive demand generation and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to sales leadership.
- Manage multiple deals simultaneously and effectively prioritise and manage time to achieve sales targets.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our products and services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on mid-market customers.
- Ideally experience in ProServe.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong ability to manage multiple deals and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
