About the role
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through cold outreach across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, video outreach, etc.)
- Record personalised outreach videos and client-facing videos as part of the sales and account management process
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and manage early-stage sales conversations
- Produce clear, structured project proposals and scopes of work aligned to client needs
- Set clear client expectations around deliverables, timelines and processes
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact to support retention and long-term growth
- Manage a portfolio of sales-led client accounts, supporting them from onboarding through to delivery
- Liaise closely with Client Services, Digital Strategy and Web teams to ensure smooth handover and successful project delivery
- Assist in the ongoing management of client projects, ensuring client satisfaction throughout
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, communications and projects within internal systems
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role
- Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive business development
- Confident communicator across phone, email, video and written formats
- Willingness to record videos for outreach and client communication
- Passion for excellent customer service
- Passion for digital and/or marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills
