About the role

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through cold outreach across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, video outreach, etc.)
  • Record personalised outreach videos and client-facing videos as part of the sales and account management process
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and manage early-stage sales conversations
  • Produce clear, structured project proposals and scopes of work aligned to client needs
  • Set clear client expectations around deliverables, timelines and processes
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact to support retention and long-term growth
  • Manage a portfolio of sales-led client accounts, supporting them from onboarding through to delivery
  • Liaise closely with Client Services, Digital Strategy and Web teams to ensure smooth handover and successful project delivery
  • Assist in the ongoing management of client projects, ensuring client satisfaction throughout
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, communications and projects within internal systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive business development
  • Confident communicator across phone, email, video and written formats
  • Willingness to record videos for outreach and client communication
  • Passion for excellent customer service
  • Passion for digital and/or marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
