• Own and grow your pipeline across digital sponsorship and advertising channels (including website placements, newsletter sponsorships, influencer programs & campaigns, and lead-gen content like webinars and white papers). Prospect, pitch, and close deals across both net-new and existing accounts.
• Package and sell advertising opportunities across our high-traffic websites, membership platforms, and digital communities, leveraging organic engagement and deep audience trust.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by maintaining strong pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and a results-driven mindset.
• Partner with clients to understand their goals and build solutions that drive measurable impact. Understand their business challenges, recommend tailored solutions, and feed insight back into our product and content roadmap.
• Stay ahead of trends within the SaaS, martech, AI, and digital education spaces. Identify new commercial opportunities and proactively propose ideas to capitalise on them.

Digital & Advertising Sponsorship Sales Executive

• Lead Generation: Research and identify high-potential companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn, CRM data, and sales intelligence tools.
• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn) to book qualified meetings for the sponsorship sales team.
• Qualification: Engage prospects through discovery calls to assess fit, needs, and timelines, qualifying opportunities for senior sales reps.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and notes in HubSpot, ensuring all leads and interactions are properly tracked and followed up.

• Carry out research, and engage with our community to understand the challenges and opportunities facing professionals in that space.
• Learn how to engage with, and secure, speakers from the world's best-known brands and most exciting start-ups. Think TikTok, Microsoft, Peloton, & Uber.
• Curate the event content, format and agenda to create unmissable attendee experiences.
• As the product owner, you’ll be the command centre for your event, responsible for its successful launch, delivery and execution.
• Project manage a team of marketing, sales and community managers - working closely together to drive sponsored partnerships, ticket revenues, and attendance.
• Develop your leadership skills and test your initiative and adaptability as you motivate the team to reach and exceed ambitious targets.
• Build and maintain event websites, develop your copywriting skills & contribute to content-led promotion, including video and social media.
• Run the event on-site, or virtually, working alongside our operations team to deliver a world-class experience.

• Own your event projects end-to-end, taking full responsibility for their success, from research and content curation to delivery and post-event wrap-up.
• Conduct market research and community engagement to identify industry trends, audience needs, and strategic opportunities.
• Lead speaker outreach and engagement, securing thought leaders from global brands like TikTok, Microsoft, Peloton, and Uber.
• Design compelling agendas, formats, and experiences that drive attendance, engagement, and sector relevance.
• Act as the command centre of your events, coordinating with marketing, sales, and community teams to deliver top-tier products and achieve ambitious commercial goals.
• Develop strong communication and leadership skills while motivating internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
