About the role
- install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment
- deliver exceptional service with focus on customer retention
- conduct business, service and maintenance at customer sites
- lift, lower and carry objects up to 50 lbs
- operate a computer keyboard to input and access data
Requirements
- great work ethic
- willingness to learn new skills
- basic understanding in electronics, plumbing, maintenance or mechanical systems
- ability to troubleshoot with root cause analysis
- moderate working knowledge of appropriate tools, data, implements and service needs
- proficient in laptop and cell phone technology including Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel
- valid driver’s license
- occasional overnight travel required
