About the role
- Drive launch excellence and accelerate adoption of PROCEPT Robotic Systems
- Develop surgeon champions and deepen hospital partnerships
- Execute growth strategies to increase procedural volume and market penetration
- Guide new physicians through the surgeon pathway
- Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to ensure operational readiness
- Identify barriers and optimize scheduling and efficiency
- Shape territory strategy and inform forecast accuracy
- Mentor Territory and Associate Territory Managers
- Conduct high-impact customer business reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years in medical sales, Urology / OR preferred
- Startup or strategic sales experience (high-growth MedTech preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within field teams
- Ability to travel upwards to 75% (primarily domestic)
