• Client-focused Systems Engineer responsible for assessing, designing, implementing, securing, configuring, installing, and supporting IT/OT environments for customers
• Collaborate with ProArch Sales and Consulting staff to design solutions that fit client business needs
• Work under guidance of the Industry Solutions Program Manager to align technology with strategic goals and objectives

OT Systems Engineer

Project Manager

• Serve as MSP Technical Project Manager ensuring projects are delivered On-Time and On-Budget and all required information is gathered
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including schedules, scopes, budget estimations, implementation plans, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate internal and external resources and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation

Network Engineer

• Perform network assessments including discovery, analysis, recommendations, and remediation for WAN, LAN, WLAN, Hybrid virtual networks
• Configure and implement switches, routers, load balancers, and firewalls
• Design network infrastructure to meet client objectives including but not limited to WAN, LAN, and Virtual Network

QA Engineer

• Role: QA Automation Engineer specializing in Desktop and Mobile applications to design and implement automated test strategies.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for desktop and mobile applications using Appium or WinAppDriver.
• Build and maintain test automation solutions in Java or C# and extend framework architecture as needed.
• Use TestNG, NUnit, or MSTest for execution, reporting, and validation.

• Lead architecture and evolution of Enterprise Unified Data Platform (UDP) to enable healthcare data modernization.
• Democratize access to healthcare administration, care management, and health informatics data while aligning to product-level UDP architecture.
• Serve as Enterprise UDP technical architect, aligning with Product UDP governance, security, and architecture.
• Design federated data architecture using virtualization tools to connect domain UDPs and external sources without duplicating datasets.
• Lead semantic layer architecture to unify attributes across data sources and enable access control, discovery, and execution.
• Architect and scale AWS-native components including S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, DMS, EventBridge, Athena, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, and KMS.
• Use PostgreSQL for reference/application data and PySpark for large-scale transformations.
• Drive data lake and lakehouse architecture for ingestion, storage, cataloging, and virtualization of structured/unstructured data.
• Enable self-service consumption via virtualized access integrated with Tableau, Power BI, and NLP-based query engines.

Security Engineer

• Senior Security Consultant is a client-focused position that works with ProArch customers to maintain a comprehensive security program.
• Role focuses on Data Security, governance, protection, and compliance, leveraging Microsoft Purview and related Microsoft 365 security tools; secondary focus includes securing cloud workloads in Azure.
• Responsibilities include design, advisement, implementation, and configuration management.
• Lead comprehensive security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and remediation strategies across client environments.
• Data Security: Lead workshops and assessments to identify gaps in data governance; design and implement scalable Microsoft Purview architectures tailored to client needs; provide strategic recommendations for improving data lifecycle management; collaborate with GTM and leadership to evolve service offerings around Purview.
• Leadership and Engagement: Provide mentorship and leadership to senior cybersecurity resources, fostering their development and guiding strategic projects; work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cybersecurity initiatives with overall business objectives; ensure day-to-day operations of Security Consulting team are handled smoothly, issues are addressed; escalate issues deemed appropriate.
