About the role
- Serve as MSP Technical Project Manager ensuring projects are delivered On-Time and On-Budget and all required information is gathered
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including schedules, scopes, budget estimations, implementation plans, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope, documentation standards, quality and performance assessments, and risk management
- Drive initiatives: increase billable hours through automation; encourage PluralSight professional development; mentor Microsoft Copilot adoption; collaborate on REWST low-code automation; implement Automation Incentive Program; promote Agile/DevOps practices
- Assign, monitor, and report on resources, project status, outcomes, and risks to appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Managed Services environment
- 5 or more years of project management experience
- Industry Project Management certification (i.e. - PMP, Project+, etc)
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
