Serve as MSP Technical Project Manager ensuring projects are delivered On-Time and On-Budget and all required information is gathered
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including schedules, scopes, budget estimations, implementation plans, and risk mitigation
Coordinate internal and external resources and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and third-party vendors
Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope, documentation standards, quality and performance assessments, and risk management
Drive initiatives: increase billable hours through automation; encourage PluralSight professional development; mentor Microsoft Copilot adoption; collaborate on REWST low-code automation; implement Automation Incentive Program; promote Agile/DevOps practices
Assign, monitor, and report on resources, project status, outcomes, and risks to appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements
Prior experience in a Managed Services environment
5 or more years of project management experience
Industry Project Management certification (i.e. - PMP, Project+, etc)
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
