Administration

• You are responsible for the stable and secure operation of our hybrid Microsoft environment within the IT Infrastructure team IAM & Collaboration
• You work in 2nd- and 3rd-level support, continuously develop Microsoft 365 and identity services, and successfully implement new technologies and solutions
• You are responsible for the ongoing operation and further development of our Microsoft 365 platform and manage central services such as Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Active Directory

Product Designer

• As a UX/UI Designer (m/f/d), you will design user interfaces and design building blocks for the next generation of the proalpha product landscape.
• Your focus will be on developing and evolving our group-wide Design System and closely collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams.
• You will help create a consistent, modern, and scalable user experience across multiple products.
• You will advance our group-wide Design System by creating reusable components, variants, tokens, and design specifications that form the foundation for a consistent product portfolio.
• You will ensure components, patterns, and designs meet defined quality, accessibility, and usability standards.
• You will support product and engineering teams in creating user-centered solutions.
• You will work closely with frontend developers and accompany the process from concept to technical implementation.

UX/UI Designer – Design System, Group UX

Consultant

• In the Data Exchange team you support our customers with functional and technical questions related to Proalpha ERP. Your focus is on analyzing, assessing and resolving support cases. In this role you combine technical understanding with process knowledge and ensure stable operations in customer systems.
• Customer support: You handle functional and technical inquiries from our customers using ServiceNow and take responsibility for selected subject areas.
• Analysis: By performing detailed error analyses on customer and reference systems, you identify root causes and ensure smooth business processes.
• Communication: In interaction with customers (by phone and in writing) as well as with internal specialist departments (e.g., development), you coordinate solutions and ensure transparent alignment.
• Professional development: You set individual professional priorities, continuously expand your expertise and actively contribute to new topics.

Application Service Consultant – ERP

Operations

• You manage customer projects related to energy monitoring and load management from initial planning through successful operation, combining project management, customer success and service with a clear focus on customer needs, processes and product development.
• You independently lead customer projects, drive onboarding with new customers and conduct structured topic workshops to achieve results.
• Along the customer journey you actively support customers, deliver software trainings and web sessions, and ensure strong adoption of the solutions.
• You handle customer requests via ServiceNow, analyze issues at Level‑1 and Level‑2 support and coordinate rapid resolutions with the appropriate teams.
• In collaboration with cloud development, edge development, sales, accounting and corporate interfaces you improve internal processes and cross‑team cooperation.
• You capture customer feedback as feature requests and refinements, support the rollout of new functions and, when needed, conduct webinars and manage hardware processes.

Technical Operations – Energy Management

• You will support automotive customers in optimizing their business processes and ensure these are accurately represented in Proalpha.
• You analyze customers' existing business processes in the automotive environment and translate them into efficient solutions within the Proalpha standard software.
• Based on requirements, you develop functional specifications, simulate business processes in Proalpha, and prepare integration tests in a structured manner.
• Acting as the interface between the customer and development, you coordinate the implementation of functional requirements and support projects as a reliable point of contact.
• You are responsible for delivering all project phases on time, within budget, and to the required quality, ensuring smooth project execution.
• By defining industry-specific best-practice processes, you support the continuous improvement of our standard software in customer projects.

• Serviceentwicklung: Im Austausch mit Support, Projekten, Vertrieb und Produktmanagement entwickelst Du innovative Service-Konzepte für nachhaltigen Kundenerfolg.
