About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will support automotive customers in optimizing their business processes and ensure these are accurately represented in Proalpha.
- You analyze customers' existing business processes in the automotive environment and translate them into efficient solutions within the Proalpha standard software.
- Based on requirements, you develop functional specifications, simulate business processes in Proalpha, and prepare integration tests in a structured manner.
- Acting as the interface between the customer and development, you coordinate the implementation of functional requirements and support projects as a reliable point of contact.
- You are responsible for delivering all project phases on time, within budget, and to the required quality, ensuring smooth project execution.
- By defining industry-specific best-practice processes, you support the continuous improvement of our standard software in customer projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree or commercial vocational training with a focus on business processes and the automotive sector
- Experience in the analysis and optimization of business processes, in project environments and within the automotive segment
- Strong process understanding, knowledge of project management, experience as a (key) user of an ERP system, and confident use of MS Office
- Excellent consulting and communication skills, analytical and solution-oriented working style, high degree of personal responsibility and team orientation
- Very good German language skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment.
