Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent
- Admission to the North Carolina State Bar (preferred)
- Strong academic record (Top 30 law school, GPA 3.0+)
- 3–8 years of experience in financial services transactions
- Prior work at a Top 200 AM Law firm preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
