About the role
- Talent Acquisition Source, screen, and interview candidates for attorney positions across multiple states
- Engagement: Develop strong relationships with attorneys to understand their needs, provide market insights, and deliver top-tier candidates.
- Sales Strategy: Utilize your sales skills to identify new business opportunities, pitch our services to potential clients, and expand our client base.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, client communications, and recruitment metrics.
- Experience using Salesforce is a huge plus.
Requirements
- JD required, experience as an attorney preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on legal positions.
- Sales Background: Demonstrated success in a sales role with a proven track record of achieving targets and building client relationships.
- Relationship Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the legal industry and its requirements is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Technology: Proficiency with recruiting methods
- Experience using salesforce is a huge plus.
