About the role
- Provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the home
- Handle external and internal enquiries
- Update staff and resident records and database systems
- Ensure that all information and documentation is processed in line with policies and procedures
Requirements
- High level of English and numeracy
- Exceptional organisation, reception and clerical skills
- Excellent keyboard and PC skills
- Basic knowledge of office applications such as Word and Excel
