About the role

  • Provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the home
  • Handle external and internal enquiries
  • Update staff and resident records and database systems
  • Ensure that all information and documentation is processed in line with policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High level of English and numeracy
  • Exceptional organisation, reception and clerical skills
  • Excellent keyboard and PC skills
  • Basic knowledge of office applications such as Word and Excel
