About the role
- Build and manage strong relationships with private and NHS GPs, psychiatrists, therapists, corporate partners, and international referrers.
- Drive growth in private services by promoting Priory’s full range of offerings, increasing awareness through targeted engagement activity and events.
- Deliver seamless referral experiences.
- Act as the key point of contact for referral partners.
- Collaborate closely with admissions, clinical, marketing, and operational teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Use data, market insight, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, diversify referral routes, and support continued commercial growth.
Requirements
- Graduate level or equivalent and a proven track record of account management or business development, ideally within healthcare
- Experienced, innovative and influential account manager with an understanding of PMI or corporate healthcare offerings in the UK
- Commercial acumen and ability to focus on the bottom line within all growth initiatives being developed.
- Experience of working with a range of stakeholders, delivering both transactional and consultative sales in order to sell existing services, but also to have the initiative and confidence to explore and develop new opportunities
- Current and full UK driving licence and covered for business use on your motor insurance
