About the role
- Manage and lead the IT department
- Oversee IT projects, from planning and execution to monitoring progress, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's IT infrastructure, protecting against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve IT services and operations.
- Manage relationships with vendors and consultants, overseeing contracts, service agreements, and compliance.
- Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Ensure successful communication and collaboration within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and network security.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
