About the role

  • - Oversee the outsourced payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • - Support compensation programs, incentives, salary reviews, benefits, and other projects (ie. pay transparency and equity)
  • - Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • - Lead and promote employee wellbeing initiatives
  • - Leverage HR insights and KPIs and create reports to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
  • - Assist in talent acquisition and strategic staffing efforts
  • - Ensure smooth onboarding and induction experience for new hires
  • - Support employer branding initiatives and HR events to attract top talent
  • - Ensure HR procedures comply with company’s ISO, GDPR, and BCP requirements
