About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, manage and optimize all social media activities, including editorial calendars and publishing workflows.
- Create and manage content aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, communication concepts, trade shows and events.
- Produce engaging, audience-oriented social media content in German and English.
- Develop a variety of content formats: social posts, blogs, white papers, emails and more.
- Translate complex topics from security, workforce management and access control into clear, compelling content.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance for continuous optimization.
- Track digital trends, platform developments and new content formats.
- Ensure a consistent brand message across all channels and content touchpoints.
- Define and manage social media campaigns and ads.
- Work closely with digital marketing, campaign management and communications teams to translate expertise into impactful stories.
- Contribute ideas and creative concepts for campaigns and cross-channel initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of hands-on experience in social media management, ideally with LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other channels.
- Industry experience in at least one of the following areas (required): security, workforce management, access control
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken).
- Deep understanding of digital communication, audience behavior and current platform trends.
- Confident use of social media tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience creating various content formats (social media, blogs, white papers, email).
- Structured, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Additional Spanish or French skills are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Experience with Trello, HubSpot and AI tools is an advantage.
