About the role
- Support and optimize the Microsoft partnership ecosystem
- Work with internal stakeholders, Microsoft PDMs, and Partner Center Support
- Maximize incentives, improve operational efficiency, and drive growth through Microsoft programs, co-sell motions, and marketplace strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience working within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Partner Center
- Deep understanding of Microsoft incentives, funding programs, and solution designations
- Experience managing co-sell motions and Microsoft referrals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Marketplace strategy and listings
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with or as a Microsoft Partner Development Manager (PDM)
- Azure specialization and practice-building experience
- Consulting or advisory background supporting multiple Microsoft partners
