Account Executive

• Own a named account territory and build a qualified pipeline from prospecting through close.
• Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, ROI modeling, proposal, executive presentation, negotiation, and close.
• Build and maintain relationships with VP- and C-suite decision makers across warehouse operations, supply chain, and IT.
• Partner with our solutions engineering team on technical scoping, you bring the commercial leadership, they bring the system design depth.
• Develop competitive sales strategies within our industry and be a SME in this area.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and commit revenue with CRM discipline.
• Represent Prime Robotics at industry events, trade shows (MODEX, ProMat), and customer sites.

Support Engineer

• Lead on-site deployment and go-live support for Prime's robotic automation systems, serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers during and after implementation.
• Support sales teams with on-site demos and technical presentations to prospective customers.
• Monitor Prime robot fleet performance at customer sites, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues across Prime's robot portfolio — electronics, motors, cabling, and electromechanical systems — keeping fleet uptime at its peak.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues affecting robotic systems, including Prime's PES platform, Robot Control System, and WMS integrations.
• Administer Linux (Ubuntu) environments, write bash shell scripts, and query databases using SQL/MySQL to support system diagnostics and reporting.
• Perform robot inspections and preventative maintenance and maintain accurate spare parts inventory.
• Document all repairs, configurations, and field fixes thoroughly to support continuous improvement.
• Generate operational reports and performance data to track fleet health and customer outcomes.
• Relay customer feedback, product performance observations, and improvement opportunities to Prime's internal engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate flexibly with colleagues across time zones as needed.
• Maintain and repair electronic components, including soldering when required.

Implementation Engineer, Customer Support

Manager

• Partner with the Prime Sales team to understand customer warehouse layouts, throughput requirements, integration complexity (WMS, ERP, MES), and geographic deployment constraints.
• Define implementation strategies for AMR, AS/RS, and software deployments—factoring in site infrastructure, racking configurations, and network readiness.
• Develop high-level project timelines and resource estimates to support proposals and SOW development.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Finance to validate effort estimates, hardware lead times, and service delivery costs.
• Lead the Sales-to-Delivery handover process, ensuring all contractual commitments, scope boundaries, and customer expectations are clearly documented and understood.
• Analyze contracts to define scope, key deliverables, acceptance criteria, and major milestones aligned to Prime's delivery methodology.
• Establish the project charter, RACI, communication protocols, and cadenced governance structure (weekly status calls, steering committees, etc.).
• Conduct gap analysis with customer and Prime cross-functional teams (Hardware Engineering, Software, Supply Chain, Field Services) to surface risks early.
• Define measurable success criteria, go-live KPIs, throughput targets, system uptime SLAs, and establish baselines for performance tracking.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budget, and milestone commitments; proactively surface risks and drive resolution before they impact go-live.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders—customer leadership, Prime HQ (Denver), field teams, and third-party integrators.
