About the role
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cross-functional business development and marketing initiatives.
- Acting as a central interface between executive leadership and teams.
- Manage timelines, milestones, communications, and risks.
- Support operational execution of business development and marketing activity.
- Coordinate proposals, CRM tracking, lead-generation support, campaign rollout, and event delivery.
- Focus on process improvement and refine workflows, templates, governance.
Requirements
- 4–6 years’ experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within marketing, BD, professional services, or a creative/agency environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage up, helping senior team members stay on track, make decisions and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex updates and build strong relationships across levels.
- Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Solid working knowledge of CRM platforms and project management tools.
