Executive Assistant

• Provide high-level administrative, operational, and project support to the Managing Director of Trellis Climate and the full Senior Leadership team
• Manage and maintain a complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, events, and travel
• Arrange and manage all aspects of travel, including flights, hotel accommodation, and ground transportation for senior leadership
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external use
• Conduct research and compile data to prepare for meetings and special projects
• Coordinate and organize all logistics for meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items
• Assist the Trellis team in scheduling and logistics for team retreats and attend Trellis team meetings and in-person events (minimal travel, roughly quarterly)
• Support the Manager of Executive Office with task and project management on key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed
• Remotely support logistics for Prime events, team off-sites, and senior leadership off-sites
• Submit and reconcile expense reports and review and submit invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Update shared drive, reports, and other related documents in support of the Finance & Operations team
