About the role
- Lead Prime's expanded catalytic capital platform for climate solutions
- Manage the impact-prioritizing portfolio and develop investment strategies
- Build partnerships with external fund managers
- Partner with leadership to build impactful investment portfolios
- Establish protocols for evaluating and monitoring investments
- Represent Prime at speaking engagements and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Supervise and mentor the Catalytic Investing team
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience with a track record in catalytic investing
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, and portfolio management principles
- Working knowledge of climate challenges and solutions across mitigation and adaptation
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while collaborating effectively across functions
- Creative and strategic thinking skills to approach complex investment challenges
