• You bring People & Culture exactly where it matters — right into the team at the Beautiful-Brick-Hub in Berlin‑Reinickendorf.
• On site you are the first point of contact for all HR matters and ensure that everything runs smoothly from onboarding to administrative tasks.
• You won’t be alone: you’ll work with a strong 9‑person People & Culture team made up of HR Operations Managers, recruiters and People Development specialists.
• With your people sensitivity, hands‑on mentality and positive energy, you create an environment where everyone feels welcome and well supported.
• You are the on‑site contact person and first point of contact for HR topics ranging from pay & benefits to sick leave reporting and time accounts.
• You manage onboarding and offboarding and ensure smooth processes across all steps.
• You prepare employment contracts and create and maintain personnel‑related documents such as references and certificates.
• You support payroll preparation and take over the entire process in case of absence.
• You manage employee benefits reliably and transparently.
• You work closely with retail, production and logistics and are the main contact for our shift planning tool Shiftbase.
• You coordinate the deployment of temporary agency workers, including ordering, cost overview and alignment with relevant departments.
• You contribute to People & Culture project work and independently drive selected projects to successful completion.

As a Team Lead Conversion Content (all genders) at Glow25, you'll be the strategic and creative backbone of our paid media function.
You combine a strong performance mindset with creative thinking and lead our Conversion Content team with clarity, energy, and focus.
Develop cross-channel creative strategies, turn product insights and customer data into testable ad concepts, and orchestrate a smooth, data-driven creative workflow with your team of copywriters, video editors, project managers, and UGC creators.

Creative strategy: own the strategic direction for our paid creatives across Meta, TikTok, Native and other platforms.
Briefing & testing: translate campaign needs into creative briefs and define testing roadmaps in close collaboration with Media Buying.
Creative operations: coordinate priorities, timelines, and capacities to ensure a smooth and scalable creative workflow.
