• As Brand & Packaging Designer Print, you are responsible for the operational execution and implementation of our brand, print, and packaging assets.
• You work closely with the Creative Lead and implement defined design guidelines accurately and to a high standard.
• Packaging Design: Implement and roll out packaging designs within existing design systems and guidelines.
• Print Design & Retail Materials: Design and produce print materials for retail, POS, and PR (e.g., displays, trays, flyers, ads, booklets).

Creative Strategist

• As the Creative Strategy Lead (all genders) at Glow25, you'll be the strategic and creative backbone of our paid media function.
• You combine a strong performance mindset with a combination of data driven and creative thinking and lead our Ad Creation team with clarity, energy, and focus.
• Develop cross-channel creative strategies (paid search, paid social, native ads), turn product insights and customer data into testable ad concepts, and orchestrate a smooth, data-driven creative workflow with your team of long and short form copywriters, video editors, project managers, and UGC creators.
