About the role

  • Define and lead strategic initiatives that align with the long-term strategies of BHI and our brands
  • Source, structure, negotiate, and personally oversee the execution of high-stakes, multi-brand partnerships
  • Maintain a leading-edge perspective on the GenAI technology landscape
  • Cultivate and influence relationships with Senior Executive Stakeholders
  • Establish and manage key relationships with outside organizations
  • Develop and deliver C-level executive-level presentations on strategy, priorities and impact
  • Manage day-to-day activities including project and pipeline tracking and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • MBA from a top-tier program is a strong plus
  • 10+ years of relevant experience (Corporate Development, Strategic Business Development, Investment Banking, Entrepreneurship)
  • Strategic problem solver with a creative mind
  • A track record of successfully negotiating large-scale, transformative technology or strategic partnerships
  • Deep understanding of the GenAI technology
  • A passion for our customers, positive attitude, high level of integrity, intellectual curiosity
  • Proven executive level business judgment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial analysis
  • Excellent writing, communication, verbal and written, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
