- About the Position: We are seeking a highly organized, technical, and detail-oriented individual for the role of Swing Shift Transcription Operations Coordinator. This position involves coordinating client orders, tracking production metrics, and ensuring timely, accurate project delivery. It requires a strong ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and approach technical challenges with a problem-solving mindset.The role requires familiarity with start-up environments and proficiency with the Google Suite of tools. This position is fully remote and reports to the Transcription Operations Manager.
- Pacific Timezone Swing Shift: 12AM Pacific - 8AM Pacific (Potential flexibility: 10/11PM - 6/7AM Pacific)
Requirements
- College or university degree
- Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate web tools and clearly report issues to the Operations Manager (no coding required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
- Proofreading, editing experience
- We prioritize candidates that are located in the Pacific Time Zone
