About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and interviewing for US roles
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Use data-driven methods to optimize recruitment processes and measure success metrics.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions, ensuring alignment with Empathy’s brand and mission.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, representing Empathy at events, online platforms, and through partnerships to attract top talent.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Coordinate virtual and in person interviews, working alongside leaders to ensure operational excellence.
  • Stay updated on hiring trends, best practices, and market insights to remain competitive in attracting top talent.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role, preferably within tech companies or startups.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust with candidates and internal teams.
  • A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work in a Start-Up fast-paced environment, accommodating global time zones when needed.
  • Passion for people and a commitment to creating a positive candidate and employee experience.
  • Preferred: Experience working in a globally distributed team and/or with international hiring practices.
